West End theatre group to sue Allianz over alleged BI failure

It is one of a series of Covid-19 BI claims arising from the pandemic lockdown when businesses were forced to shut

A London West End theatre group called International Entertainment Holdings Limited (IEH) which includes the Savoy Theatre and The Ambassador Theatre is pursuing insurer Allianz for allegedly failing to pay a Covid-19 Business Interruption (BI) claim.
