Exactly 44.4% of insurance customers switched their policy providers in 2022, reveals research

In the latest release of UK Home Insurance Statistics 2023 reporter by Confused.com sheds light on customer loyalty and the changing provider landscape within the industry.

The data, published yesterday (22 May 2023) highlights that approximately 90% of combined buildings and contents home insurance policyholders are existing customers.
